The Old Wheels of the World

Happy weekend everyone!    I learned this reel from my teacher, the late Michael Rafferty, flute player from Ballinakill, Ireland.  He told me that he heard this tune from a recording of Siobhan and Willie Kelly.  Here is the manuscript:   The Old Wheels of the World

    Thanks, Jessicarita! There are so many nice settings of tunes that I learned from Mike. He was a leading exponent of the lyrical flute playing style from the East Galway region. What a gem he continues to be in Irish music. Learn away and pass this along this great musical tradition. Cheers, girl.
